Well there is certainly a trend in jewelry that favors pearls, all the numbers indicate a big rise in pearl sales over the last few years. They have also been popular for 100’s of years, so they aren’t a fad. This means they went end up at the bottom of the jewelery box a year from now but will actually get a lot of use.
