Pearl Bracelets
Pearl Bracelets tend to be a less common form of pearl jewelry. Being located on the wrist, there is a higher chance of the pearls being damaged when the wearer accidentally hits things. However, a pearl bracelet can be a less costly alternative to a pearl necklace or can enhance a pearl set that includes a pearl necklace.
Pearl bracelets are generally considered more casual than pearl necklaces and are appropriate for any occasion. Since the wrist can be wrapped tighter than the neck, button pearls may be used in pearl bracelets since they can be tight enough to prevent rolling that would reveal the flatter side of the pearls. Pearl bracelets may have a clasp similar to that found on some necklaces, or the pearl may be strung on a stretchy strand that can be slipped over the hand. Often the pearls on a bracelet may be mixed with other types of beads, including gold.

Basic Pearl Bracelet
Like the pearl necklace, this type of pearl bracelet consists of a single string of pearls. Generally, the pearls tend to be the same size rather than graduated since a bracelet does cannot rely on having the more fixed up-down orientation necklace and can rotate more easily around the wrist.

Pearl Bangle
A pearl bangle is usually a rigid circle of pearls that can be slipped over the hand. The pearls may be threaded onto the rigid ring (usually made of metal) or may only decorate the ends of the circle where there is a small gap.
